Ama is our founding member! She is the co-owner of the cafe and leader of our pack, keeping all of her sisters in line. All the girls look up to her and follow her judgement. She takes her job very seriously and loves being a role model, but will stand up for her sisters if needed!
Her name is from the word “love” in Spanish and she certainly gets plenty of it! As mum’s BFF she often enjoys special privileges like riding in front of the car or getting to sleep on the bed!
She has been a diva her whole life and has never shied away from the limelight. She has been a show girl at Crufts in 2014, performed on the BBC and has her own Instagram filled with modelling pics of her @ama_the_chi
Ama was an only child when growing up in Southampton, and moved to Edinburgh when she was 2 and a half. That wasn’t the only change: her family grew and she got six Chihuahua sisters that year as the wheels set in motion for opening the cafe! She loves the countryside in Fife, but has always enjoyed travelling into Edinburgh and turning heads with her beautiful outfits. She has many matching outfits with Mum and has the most extensive wardrobe with all of our Chis!
As she inspired the cafe she is undoubtedly the “hostess with the mostest” and adores meeting new guests! Calm and happy to be petted, Ama enjoys a blanket in your lap and snuggling up with you, she won’t mind plenty of attention!
