Our top priority will always be our dog’s happiness and well being.
Our girls get plenty of natural breaks in a working day and we do not permit owners dogs so that their environment feels consistent and safe. They eat a balanced diet and take exercise every day. We use a buddy system so everyone has a sleeping partner in their crate with plenty of room. Apart from being showered with love our girls also receive training, have routine, structure and discipline, are allowed to be dogs and have the best insurance and veterinary practice money can buy.
As our dogs are the core of our business we like this to reflect in our dealings with the outside world.
Our top priority when dealing with a contractor or supplier is making sure they are dog lovers and understand our business. Our IT specialists have dogs at home, as do our tea suppliers! We support small local businesses and the UK economy. Our suppliers are all based in the UK and sourced based on quality and authenticity.
