In the Cafe

  • You are responsible for alerting our staff to any dietary requirements or allergies. If you do not make us aware of any allergies you may be placed at risk of exposure to foods that are unsuitable for your diet.
  • Bookings can be cancelled or amended if 72 hours or more notice is given. Bookings are non transferable and non refundable if less than 72 hours notice is given.
  • Our timed sessions have a strict start and end time. It is your responsibility to arrive promptly and you will not be able to enter the cafe early nor will you be entitled to extra time or a refund if you arrive late.
  • Our dogs are animals with their own behaviours. Our interaction is always supervised but by entering the cafe you are accepting that the behaviour of our dogs cannot be guaranteed and that close interaction cannot be guaranteed.
  • If feeling threatened or spooked our dogs may bark, snarl or lash out. As a small breed they are unlikely to cause lasting harm but by entering the cafe you are accepting that you are responsible for your own safety and will not hold the company or the individual dog responsible for any hurt or damage.
  • If you are found to be encouraging bad behaviours in our dogs or are behaving in a manner that causes distress to our dogs or staff you will be asked to moderate your behaviour. If you continue to behave in an unsuitable manner the management will have full entitlement to ask you to leave and you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • Our House Rules must be followed in full at all times. It is your responsibility to make sure yourself and all party members are aware of the House Rules in advance of your visit and adhere to them throughout your visit.


  • We are using cookies on this website to provide statistics that help us give you the best experience of our site. You can contact us if you would like further information or switch them off if you prefer. However, by continuing to use the site without changing settings, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.
  • Online payments are processed using Sagepay. You will be able to submit your details on our website but will then go through 3D Security with your individual bank before being redirected back to our website. If you do not receive automatic email confirmation of your booking please contact us as this transaction is unlikely to have fully processed.
  • Wall content and images are copy right of the business directly or photographers consent for use has been sought. You will only see images of our own dogs on our site, no stock photos of dogs have been used and this applies to our social media content as well.


  • You are under no obligation to provide us with feedback on your experience. However, if you have cause for complaint we do highly encourage you to speak to a member of staff so we can review the situation immediately for you.
  • Our feedback is currently centralised around our reviews on our Facebook page, Google Reviews and Trip Advisor. If you would like to see other customer’s comments this would be the best place to look.
  • If you have any cause for complaint that we have not been able to rectify for you on the day we ask that you fill in our online contact form using the subject heading Complaint. We endeavour to investigate any causes for complaint within 48 hours and get back to you with any required information or actions.
